So the first one was genuinely broken but I love the company and I’ve bought many things from them that have been perfect in the past, mainly steam mops and cloths. Anyway I thought I’d leave it because it was on sale and a very low price until I got a lovely email from the company and I couldn’t believe that they read my review, an honest one explaining that the item didn’t work, they took note and contacted me to organise sending another one! I’m unbelievably impressed and so happy and there’s more I want to order in the future so happy to say all is well and this company and myself have a good relationship! Wonderful service that is so hard to find in this day and age. Many thanks Thane.

Find the unit quite heavy which makes it difficult to hold for some time. It creates a reasonable massage effect.
Comes with an additional plug because the original plug is designed for USA ie two prongs.
